The VOLCANO solves the problem of hot air generation in a surprisingly simple principle: The air is pumped through a heated aluminium block (as in a cooker with ventilation ducts) and thus reaches the desired temperature. A pump provides a constant air flow, so that fluctuations in the volume flow are excluded. A bimetallic controller ensures a maximum air temperature fluctuation of +/-5°C in the filling chamber. This gives the VOLCANO the most precise temperature control of all vaporisers.
The highlight of the VOLCANO is the patented balloon valve, into which the generated vapours are pumped. After the balloon has been inflated, the balloon valve can be completely removed from the device and the user can inhale the contents in peace and quiet. In this way, absolutely safe inhalation is guaranteed, as the vaporisation takes place before the actual inhalation and the user does not come into contact with glass, heat or electricity during absorption.
