UK, ITALY AND AUSTRIA: Free Shipping from 200 € and up to 2 kg. of weight.

05. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
All returns must be notified within 30 days of receiving the order. For this you should keep the sales receipt and original packaging and accessories.

If the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping: should contact us within 24 hours after the receipt of your broken or damaged order.
You need to save the package and keep it in the same condition you received to make the claim to the carrier. Thgrow will take charge to pickup the product and replace it with an identical or equivalent product at no charge to the customer through the courier company concerned (agency case) or will tell you how to proceed if the shipment was by mail.
07. OTHER CAUSES:
If not satisfied, you can return the order without any obligation as long as 30 days have elapsed from receipt, the product must be sent in its original container.
No refunds are allowed for special cases such as seeds, books, DVDs, etc.. once they have been opened and / or used or lacking their original packaging. Once we have received and checked the items will proceed to refund.
