It was less that 1 year old, when it started burning it was being used on a 100w fan, the information here says 300w max. It was connected to a safe electric system with no uncertain devices. Everything else works fine before and after, but this device is melted.

Warning, I used one of these until it started burning and melted in the middle of the night. causing my entire electrical system to crash
