01. PAYMENT:

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer:
This method is safer and cheaper. Your payments by bank transfer qualify for a 2% discount. Less fees for THGrow, more benefits for our customers.
This payment method is valid for the whole world.

Cash on delivery
The order will be paid upon delivery or in the post office depending on the shipping method selected.
This payment has a commission of 2% of the total order with a minimum of 2.00 euros for the freight.
This method will only be shown if you live in Spain, Portugal and some countries of the European community that accepts this service and if the value of the items of the order exceeds 10 Euros and will not be shown if the sum of the products of the order is above 600 Euros for Spain and Portugal or 200 Euros for all other countries that support this service. Nor do we accept COD orders exceeding 50 kilos by volume weight in Spain and Portugal or over 1 kilo in the others shipping areas. 
We ask you to remain aware of the messages we send you and to prepare the money when the dealer delivers you the package.
If we receive your order returned, we can not bring you back to this payment option.

REMEMBER THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT WITH CHECK ON DELIVERY ORDERS, CASH ONLY.

Credit Card
Can pay the order with VISA, Mastercard or any card accepting payments over the Internet.
Payment is made through a 100% secure payment gateway and all bank details are encoded throughout the process.
This method applies to almost every country in the world as long as your credit card allows it.

Money Order
This method is valid for the whole world, you can pay your order at any post office, or at any other place of your country accepting payments by Money Order.

02. SHIPPING:

The shipping time by transport agency for Spain (peninsula), Baleares and Portugal will be about 24/48 hours; or 2/5 days for international shipping. Thgrow decide the freight in terms of the characteristics of the order and the destination location

Domestic shipments by Postal Service may take from 1 to 3 working days for Spain (peninsula) and Baleares, from 3- to 5 days for Canarias. In international shipments the term is about 8-10 business days.

For each shipment, will provide to the customer an issue number to track through the web service for each carrier or to request information by telephone to each transport agency.

The email is always required, will not attend to orders without a valid email to contact, if you do not have email, call us at (0034) 968 219 849 or (0034) 968 223 759 and make your order by phone.
 

For shipments to Canary Islands we do not charge VAT, since you are registered in our site as Canary user, prices will be show without VAT.When you receive your order you'll pay IGIC if requested.

CONTINENTAL SPAIN AND PORTUGAL: Free Shipping from 50 € and up to 10 kg. of weight.
FRANCE: Free Shipping from 120 € and up to 2 kg. of weight.
GERMANY AND BENELUX: Free Shipping from 150 € and up to 2 kg. of weight.
UK, ITALY AND AUSTRIA: Free Shipping from 200 € and up to 2 kg. of weight.
 

04. REGISTRATION:

Users are created automatically during the checkout process, prior registration is not necessary, but you also have the option to register without buying, preparing your order and it will be saved in your account for when you want to finish it.

Password Recovery / Address Change: You must make sure your address is correct and complete all required fields during registration. If you want to change something, you must log in as a user and see all the options available to your account.
 

05. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

All returns must be notified within 15 calendar days of receiving the order. For this you should keep the sales receipt and original packaging and accessories. No returns will be accepted for used products, manipulated packaging or special items such as seeds, books, DVDs, steamers, etc. The company will order the pick up of the product(s).

Articles with added value: refund will be complete, keeping in mind any special promotion.
 

06. INCIDENTS:

If the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping: should contact us within 24 hours after the receipt of your broken or damaged order.

You need to save the package and keep it in the same condition you received to make the claim to the carrier. Thgrow will take charge to pickup the product and replace it with an identical or equivalent product at no charge to the customer through the courier company concerned (agency case) or will tell you how to proceed if the shipment was by mail.
 

07. OTHER CAUSES:

If not satisfied, you can return the order without any obligation as long as 15 calendar days have elapsed from receipt, the product must be sent in its original container.

No refunds are allowed for special cases such as seeds, books, DVDs, etc.. once they have been opened and / or used or lacking their original packaging. Once we have received and checked the items will proceed to refund.
