IMPORTANT: PROBLEMS WITH OUTLOOK, LIVE, MSN, HOTMAIL... ACCOUNTS

Due to Microsoft's security policies, emails sent to your accounts (Hotmail, MSN, Live, Outlook,...) may end up in a specific folder for what you consider spam (usually called SPAM). If you are waiting for a communication from us, check that folder because it may have ended there.

To try to prevent our mail from reaching SPAM:

1) Access the "Configuration" (usually in a sprocket icon at the top right or in your terminal options)

2) Expand the complete configuration by clicking on "View all Outlook configuration" at the end of the configuration options.

3) Go to the "Mail" section

4) Enter in the "Unwanted e-mail" section.

5) In the second part of that section you will find "Senders and secure domains".

6) Click "Add", you will be able to introduce then our contact email info@thgrow.com or the one for sending promotions thgrow@masquewebs.com

7) At the top right press the "Save" button.

ALTERNATIVES. We recommend to our clients the use of other free services that give less problems in this regard:

Gmail: Google offers an email service through Gmail. Creating an account is easy and they have a guide to do it quickly. Google usually asks for a lot of data, but it's one of the most popular emails.

Yahoo Mail: Yahoo is one of the largest email providers on the Internet, serving millions of users. Just like Google Account it also requires a contact phone.

ProtonMail: encrypted email created by CERN engineers and scientists following Edward Snowden's revelations about US mass surveillance. The free service includes up to 500 MB of storage and 150 messages sent per day. There is no need to leave any personal data.

GMX: mail service where you are not required to leave a phone number but contains some advertising. It can be accessed via webmail or via POP3 or IMAP4.
